Terms of Service

1. Service Description

The War Room ("we," "us," or "the Service") is a fantasy football management tool built for users of MyFantasyLeague.com (MFL). It provides league syncing, trade and waiver analysis, lineup recommendations, and related dynasty-format tools.

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each account is for a single person. Sharing accounts is prohibited. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, overload, or scrape the MFL API through our Service.
• Do not share, resell, or sublicense access to your account.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Do not use the Service to harass other users or violate any law.

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on your billing anniversary. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Cancellation

When you cancel, your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including MFL), and unexpected issues may temporarily affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for fantasy football outcomes, league standings, financial losses from league dues, or decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

8. MFL Relationship

The War Room is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MyFantasyLeague.com.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or harm other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or in-app notice before material changes to these Terms take effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
